Set up Teinc Food Desktop
Install the app, connect a receipt printer and configure the customer display.
Windows
- Run the downloaded .exe installer.
- If SmartScreen appears, choose More info, then Run anyway.
- Open Teinc Food Desktop and sign in with your Teinc Food Business account.
macOS
- Open the .dmg and drag Teinc Food Desktop into Applications.
- The first time, right-click the app and choose Open.
- Sign in with your Teinc Food Business account.
Linux
- AppImage: make it executable with chmod +x, then run it.
- Debian or Ubuntu: install the .deb package with apt.
- Start it from your applications menu and sign in.
POS terminal and customer display
- Use the Windows or Linux build on the terminal.
- Open Settings, then Devices, to connect a receipt printer.
- Enable the customer display on the second screen.
